It's rare to go into a medical office of any kind and feel seen and heard. The techs, NP and staff were incredibly kind! The tech Shiomar was so wonderful to talk with - she instantly made me feel comfortable at my appointment! Angela and Jennifer were also fabulous. Patient care in this office is great and I highly recommend their services and care.
I work in healthcare. Dr. Fried is one of the best. He is very educated sincere and knowledgeable. Look no further for a dermatologist. Highly recommend.
HORRIBLE!! Worst CUSTOMER Service! The front desk staff are so rude in person and over the phone. Never coming back here.
Unfortunately, the front desk team or anyone who answers the phone at this office, in my personal and very bad experience, spoke with about 5 people about a topic and each one gave a different message or I asked for a solution to an issue but they did not return me. the call and when I complain about the wait and consequently a prescribed prescription they cut off my phone, I don't know which of the assistants it was but I don't trust the care in this office. Definitely not for me. They don't know what customer service is.
Very friendly doctor. Gives patients true attention and knows a lot as he's trained a lot of the local doctors (who just aren't as good as he is). Happy I found him.
