Ernest and Tom combo were the best!!! Great history, very funny. Kept our 10 and 11 year old interested. Worth the time and money.
Did not let me off at my stop when requested. Went to get on at a different stop only to find stop does not exist anymore but was not informed at the start of this. Was not told that love sign is gone. Waited over an hour is the sun because there was no shade for the next bus back across town. Spent more time walking to the stops then on the actual bus.
The day began just fine. The tour was nice and we were dropped off at the Franklin Institute. Unfortunately, another bus never came by again. We watched them bypass the street multiple times and no bus. After calling and fighting with them a van eventually came to pick us up. However, we lost over an hour of limited sightseeing time and lost the remainder of the tour.

My best friend and I had a great time. Our tour guide Warren was the BEST tour guide I've ever had and he did a great job conducting the tour while keeping a bunch of crazy kids safe (they were getting out of hand on the tour). Great job Warren from "Florida"!!! You made our day!!
Bus dropped us off at stop 16 and did not return. After 3 Philadelphia Big Bus Tour buses drove by, we called and we're told to walk to another stop. Driver did not mention that they would not return. Walked to the other stop, got on the bus and the first stop was the stop we walked from.
I lived in Philadelphia since I was 11 yrs old had my children and grand children here. Never new my city had so much history like now. Thanks to a friend/co-worker she helped me for filled one of my bucket list. I learn so many things we didn't get off the bus, but definitely will be going back to hop off and on. Would recommend to everyone.
