The buses never come. Waiting over an hour and 15 minutes. No bus!! What a waste of our time
Told us to be here 30 minutes before the tour started. Turns out the bus doesn’t even get there until the time you’re scheduled to leave. And then got an attitude when we asked clarification questions.

Great way to sight see in Philly. Also our guide Warren was the best!!
We took the tour yesterday. It was so much fun and extremely educational. There is a lot of history in Philadelphia. Warren was our tour guide and he was hilarious! He really made our day. The driver Will was also very kind. I highly recommend this tour. A+
Beware. No air conditioning on buses. Heat index was 105 degrees today. I would highly recommend looking into a different tour company.

My fiance and I were super excited to have won a raffle prize for a dollar amount off a trolley rental for our upcoming wedding. Trolleys are typically expensive, but we just love the idea! The first email I received on January 11 letting me know I had won mentioned a phone call message and that they couldn't reach me. I never received a phone call- but ok, no problem. My husband and I enjoyed our tour very much. Very informative when talking about Philadelphia's history. Our guides (because we stopped off a few times) were very friendly and entertaining. Was a great way to see the city, plus it was on a double decker bus. That was a first for us, we loved it and would do it again if we come back in the future. Highly recommend ����
