Ms. Kathy from Philadelphia Eyeglass Labs fixed the handle to my eyeglass frame with NO issues! She was friendly, courteous, and VERY patient while repairing it. I went to America's Best where I PURCHASED them from only to be informed that they were not able to repair the handle because I didn't have a warranty. I have had my glasses repaired once before from America's Best with no issues. But it's ok because Ms. Kathy has shown me that great customer service still exists.
