Purchased bike there 2002 new, day one issue. Factory issue (harness pinch) [scratch bike attempt to fix] Run great on/off until 2011 (only 7k on it). Let sit 4 1/2 yrs (sickness). Sent in overhaul (street ready please) ?? Oil change/ tune up/ battery / and 2 tires. Had issues getting back on time, Always due to carbs not correct. Still not correct. I've been taken my 04 Honda shadow sabre there since I bought it there, in 04 I wouldn't take it anywhere else. Vince Sr. & Vince Jr. are the best.
I took a coworker there yesterday to purchase a new Kawasaki Vulcan S. Working with Vince was a pleasure. No pressure or shady sales tactics. The only complaint I have is that I didn't purchase my bike from him! I definitely know that when I purchase my next bike, it will be here.
