I road mine 180 miles round trip from Bklyn NY to Philly Cycles just to get my 2003 Honda Goldwing GL1800 12,000 mile service. 2nd time at the shop and I'm completely satisfied again. Last year I replaced my fork springs with Progressive springs. The Prices was so good I spent $100 in Philly cheesesteaks to take home. Thanx Bob, Ralphie, lil Vince and the rest of the Philly Cycle crew.
Juan was very nice to work with however, I do not think I would buy from them again. I am from Maryland and purchased a bike. I asked for a inspection paperwork to make sure that bike has been inspected and they could not provide one. Okay no problem, because I have to get it MD inspected anyway. There was false advertisement on the bike. Ad said it had 16K on it, but when I turned the bike one It had 26K. At this point I had already purchased the bike. I love this place. They treat everyone like family.
I've been here twice in the past week or so. Bought a used quad off Craigslist, they had all the parts I needed in stock to get it running. Went back yesterday with my 12 year old son to buy him some riding gear for his birthday. Took the time to size him up properly, offered to order things in different colors if he wanted and then without me even asking, offered a significant discount at the register. Definitely top notch.
These guys are awesome. From Juan in sales to both Vince's and the service department. Bike broke down last night, under warranty, called about it at 10am, it was picked up by 1130am. No crazy questions or accusations. I've also had a lot of upgrades and these guys are awesome. Definitely going to work on some winter projects. They eve aim to go the cheapest route and not just sell me their parts. I'll never go anywhere else!!
