I recently went to Phil Smith Kia Light House Point last weekend and purchased a certified pre-owned Kia Sportage. The process started with speaking with Lauren on the phone who was amazing and was quick to respond to all my questions. Diego was my sales rep at the dealership he was superb made it go as fast as possible and as smooth as possible and was honest and upfront about all pricing. we are definitely coming back to purchase a second car and and would recommend this dealership to everyone!

Service is terrible! If you need a repair don’t even think about going in there, they are not professional, they don’t know what they are doing, they don’t communicate with themselves and they treat customer with disrespect!
I went to this facility on 1/18/20 to fix my car from a known issue for Kia Optima"s of year 2016.I own two Kia Optima of 2016 one blue and one grey.My blue Kia had a problem with both back seat windows and was fixed.Even that the manager of the facilty said that so maney people had the same issue with this cars and it should have been a recall alredy.Now that the same problem is at Grey Kia we are dealing back and fourth for 15 days now between customer service representatives and district manager that aversley is ingnoring... read more
Is all about the customer service !! They do a great job to make you feel welcome and important. Bjion is one of the best customer service representative on the dealership service... period. The guys at the shop are nice and efficient. There always waiting time, but they have good amenities and always giving uptades of how they are doing. GM Devin L will get you the right salesman for you and will assist in everything. His knowledge in cars and the inventory in the dealer are unique. Great incentives. You have nothing to lose. We got Diego as a salesman and the deals went smooth. We bought 2 cars Saturday night. And any issues were handled with professionalism and speed. I'm happy.
