Phil Smith Kia screwed me. Bought a used Camaro and withing 50 miles my A/C was blowing hot. Their service department said it would be around $2000. They charge $799 dealer fee, $999 car prep fee and some other BS fees but they had to have added Freon to sell it if the compressor was empty in such a short time. It blew cold when I bought it.

Out of ALL dealerships I have to say this is the MOST professional and personable. The manager Niel was so very patient. Spoke over the phone NO PRESSURE. Did NOT blow up my phone trying to get me in and took time to speak with me several times before I decided to walk in the door. Throughout two weeks of shopping trucks I was dealing with slimey people who kept trying to bait and switch us onto the lot, then we got to phil smith kia and originally spoke with a sales man named Habashy and managers Ken and Neil who were all amazing and super helpful when checking out the truck and negotiating.
