After three months they still have yet to payoff the bank that had the loan on my previous car for that I traded in for. It's killing my credit and the salesmen and GM refuse to do anything about it. Called the salesmen this past Saturday. He didn't return my call. Went in and spoke w him directly on Sunday...he blew me off and said he "couldn't do anything tonight" but would call me on Monday. Love this place, if your looking for a car this is the place to go... All the workers are friendly and they work with you no matter what... And one of the store managers TONY is amazing
They changed my deal on me after I negotiated it. I bought the car anyway and in exchange they offered me 2 tanks of gas in writing. When I went to redeem it they denied the offer because I mentioned this in my survey. Plus they never introduced me to the service department as required with my delivery. Why have surveys if you don't want to know about buyers experiences. I had a friend with me when I went to redeem my gas who also wanted to buy an Optima.
