Amazing costumer service!!! Scott Joiner was very helpful from beginning to end. He walked me through everything and even called me before he left for the day. The dealership is also clean, organized and pretty! Everyone who walks by you says hello. Megan was also very helpful at checkout. I have been in a handful of dealerships but this one by far is my favorite. Keep up the good work 💕
I bought a 2013 Kia Soul from this dealership then traded it in for a 2015 Kia Soul. The initial sale of the 2013 was smooth and great and the service after was great too. Then a year into my lease everything changed. First, I brought my 2013 in for an oil change when I then decided to purchased my 2015 and they didn't even refund me the $60. for the oil change on the 2013. Daughter bought used vehicle drove home under ten miles found a bolt in tire that was clearly marked and should have been removed. Took back to service following day and service refused to replace or repair.This service department should have it's employees overhauled since they apparently don't know what customer service is about.
