I had appointment at 8 am amd was in and out within an hour for oil change and service check.�
Worst experience of my life � they totally took advantage of me. Plan on filing a complaint with the state.
I must say that my last interaction with PHIL Smith Kia was not the best BUT the General Manager, Marc Anderson reached out to me immediately & fixed my problem. GM, Marc Anderson went above AND beyond to make sure that I was satisfied, not only as a customer but also a person. As the GM, Marc was polite, attentive, and put forth the effort to help me.
