I was in for my regular life-time oil change. The technician was nice and told me what needed to be checked next time and gave me estimates for that, which I appreciate. However, my car did not get washed as it usually does. Because I was on a time schedule I did not go back inside to request it. Hope next time I go out to a clean car!

Be careful when buying from this dealership. When looking at a vehicle I asked if the tires were new and I found out after I bought the vehicle they were not new. When dealing with Mr. Torres a sales manager on a price that we could agree on to make a purchase he came back with a higher amount after shaking on the previous price. Edith L I brought my 2006 Hyundai Sonata in for shocks, struts and other minor repairs. My husband got off late from work and Marty, my service advisor, stayed past closing to let me pick it up. I have always received great service at the Chapel Hills location and will continue to drive from the south end of Fountain even though the Motor City location is closer. Thanks.
My accelerator pedal on my 2012 Hyundai Accent GLS was sticking on the floor of my car and Hyundai helped so much. They found an available date for me to bring my car in the early morning, but also a service advisor carpooled me to work.
