The service at the Chapel Hill Hyundai store was great. I am a repeat customer and will use them for an additional service.
From the salesmanship to the service... everything here has been more than impressive... I'm just overly satisfied with my purchase. I was questioning should I get a new vehicle and they made it happen here. I feel like I'm truly part of their family.
Horrible customer service. Screamed and yelled on the phone. When I pointed out that they had my income wrong they said "oh well". They were rude and Riley threatened me more than once. If I had a million dollars I wouldn't go to any Phil Long based on my experience. I wouldn't take a car they were giving away! If you like to be treated poorly and be talked to with no respect shop here! Otherwise might I recommend Anyone else! I was forced to give them at least one star otherwise they would have none!
Our service advisor Marty is great, very helpful. I however cannot give the overall dealership 5 stars because the sales person was not honest with us when we first purchased the vehicle. I know she does not work there anymore, but no one there truly helped us with the issues that came as a result of her untruthfulness. Overall a good experience, and I would still consider buying another vehicle, especially as I have learned more of what to look for and ask a new sales person in the future.
Went in for recall service and experienced the same top notch service I've grown accustomed to at Phil Long. Thanks guys!
I give 1 star, only because there is no other option and in their defense, we did receive a product or service in the transaction, however difficult it may have been. Our experience with the sales department has been the worst experience we've ever had. We've had our Hyundai in to the service department and dealt with a very professional service advisor (will not mention his name with this negative review out of respect for him), and we thought we'd give the sales department a chance. I recently purchased a new car from Phil Long Hyundai, and I am very pleased with the customer service there. Everyone I spoke with was so friendly and kind, they made me feel like I was an old friend who just popped in for a visit. I initially dealt with Nadine and Travis who were very sweet and eager to help me, answered all of my questions about the car and got me into the vehicle I wanted quickly. I've now purchased three cars from Phil Long Hyundai, and if I remain in Colorado Springs, I think I'll eventually add to that number. I bought a 2015 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Limited, and I'm extremely happy with the car. I've had nothing but outstanding experiences over the years. Dave Britton was my sales person for this last purchase and I loved working with him. He's honest and hard working and I trusted him immediately.
