Dr. Bell has been my family's dentist for over 25 years! We have always loved the care and service provided by her and her team. Dr. Chong, your new dental office provides a very warm and inviting atmosphere. You have the best team!!
As a new patient at PHI Dental I was very pleased. I was greeted with a smile as I walked through the door and didn't have to wait long....and at the end of a crazy workday this is important. Dr. Chong was very welcoming and informative. He told me a few things that I didn't know about my oral health that was news to me....which is crazy because I have been to the dentisit every six months since I was five and was never told these things. Good job PHI Dental.
Dr Chong and the staff at Phi are the best!! Everyone is very personable from the moment you come through the front door. My experiences there have been excellent, each staff member is up-to-date with everything that they are doing for me. My hygienist knows (and remembers) all of my concerns, which tells me that they actually care about my well being. Everyone says hello and looks like they are having fun while doing their jobs. The whole group at Phi Dental Care are so nice! Everyone is very personable, and show that they truly care for your health & wellness. We were just there again today to have the kids in, and thought it would be a long morning, with 3 kids. Thinking they would be back to back one after another, Deanna and I prepared for at least 2 hours. It turns out each of our children were assigned to their own hygienist, and we were finished in 90 minutes. Dr. Chong is an amazing guy and incredible dentist. He recommended my daughter have the biobloc procedure which would expand her mouth to prevent overcrowding, pull her lower jaw forward and prevent any jaw problems as she grew. He added that it would improve night breathing, decrease the dark circles around her eyes, and add fullness to her face. Doctor Chong and all the staff at Phi Dental are simply the best in the soo, Chong has been my dentist for over 10 years and I wouldn't even think about going anywhere else. They treat you like family and take great care of you, and if you need work done even if you can't afford it right away they are willing to try to make it work so you can!
