Wonderful service again from the Phi family. We had our second son's lip and tongue tie cut recently and the experience went just as well if not better than when we had it done for our first. The staff are professional and friendly, making you feel at ease. The results and benefits of this procedure have been tremendous and I'm incredibly grateful we have someone who does this in the Sault. I highly recommend to mothers who may be having issues with nursing. Thanks again for the wonderful care!

First time have laughing gas for a filling with Dr. Bell and it was the best thing since sliced bread !!!
I would highly recommend Dr. Chong and Dr. Bell at PHI dental..It's a very professionally run business and most notably from the moment you enter the business their customer care is top notch. As a patient that has had traumatic experiences in the past at other places they were very understanding and supportive. I recently changed my dental office to Phi Dental Care with Dr. Bell. At my first appt to meet Dr. Bell, I was given a tour of their office and had a thorough meeting with Dr. Bell, who was so pleasant! I proceeded to book an appt to fix some fillings. Today, after my first "official" appt, I must say I am very impressed and pleased with how my appt went. I got my fillings done today and both of the dentists asked me how I was doing any time I looked uncomfortable or in pain. They gave me to option to use freezing or to just do it without and I decided not to use freezing. They told me if any time I felt pain to just raise my arm and they would freeze me, in the beginning I was very scared and nervous but they made me feel very safe and comfortable. All around great experiences with teeth cleaning, fillings and all of the people there are very nice and always smiling 😊
