Dr. Chong is amazing! I came in before for a consult for a root canal. I had planned on calling soon to book the appointment. Unfortunately, the pain ramped up *big time* the Friday before Canada Day. I came in to the office on Friday in pretty bad pain and asked if there was anything that could be done for the pain until he could do it (hopefully immediately following Canada Day). After so many bad experiences with other dental places, I was extremely pleased with the amazing staff and care I received!! Dr Chong was beyond amazing at explaining everything and answering any questions I had. He was very welcoming and calmed all anxieties I had about dentist visits! Dr. Chong, Dr. Bell and their staff are amazing. I had a dental emergency with my son and without hesitation, had us come in and fixed the problem. I even received a personal call from Dr. Bell to see how my son was doing. I can’t thank them enough for all they do!
Dr Chong fixed my son's tooth in minutes!!! You would never know he had broken half the tooth off!! I had no appt, Dr chong had him in his office within 10 minutes and out the door before we knew it! Thanks a Million
