Great staff. The doctor actually listen to your problems and solved them. Very funny doctor. Always a clean office.
My first time seeing Dr. Phelps, I really like him, he explains everything so well, no rush he take his time. The staff is very friendly. I just made my next appt.
The best doctor I have ever had for foot care. Appointments are easy to get when I need them. He is very gentle and caring. Office staff is efficient and friendly.
My experience with Dr. Phelps and his staff has been totally positive and professional. They are cheerful and accommodating. He explains everything and takes time to listen to concerns. I recommend him and his office staff for anyone with a need for a podiatrist!
This office is PURPOSELY and MALICIOUSLY overcharging patients. DO NOT GO HERE. I presented the woman in the office two insurance cards. She told me I would have to pay my ENTIRE yearly deductible today. My wife and I called the insurance company and we called the office on three-way. She denied it. DON NOT GO HERE!!!
The Dr. is GREAT to deal with, the staff is like a revolving door (many new faces too often) some are very professional others seem like they don't care.
