Dr. Phelps is very nice and never in a rush. He really cares about his patients. The office staff is efficient and friendly, and the office is always very clean. We actually have fun with the staff and with Dr. Phelps while we're there. We have never had to wait more than 15 or twenty minutes before being seen. We highly recommend Dr. Phelps.
