I have eight doctors and Dr.Phelps is my favorite. Makes me feel like I have known him forever. Great bedside manner. If you have feet problems this is the Doc you want to see!!!!!!!!!!

Today was my first visit and it couldn't have gone better. He explained everything so well and all of my questions were answered. I wish he could be my doctor for all my ailments.
They would not honor the $45 copay amount for my HMO insurance and insisted on charging me $178. I even got my insurance on the phone and she told them I only have to pay a copay, and that I would only have to meet my deductible if I had surgery in a hostpital. She said it even covers in office procedures still with just the copay. I have had this insurance (through the state) for many years, and I have never had an in-network doctor not accept the copay. When I called Dr Phelps' office for an appointment explaining the emergency of my request, I am diabetic, his office was very accommodating. They scheduled me for an acceptable date. When I got there the receptionist was very friendly and professional. The office was clean and Covid friendly. Dr Phelps reviewed my records and examined my situation and was very patient and took his time in explaining my condition and plan of action. Overall I am very satisfied with my visit experience.

my first visit I was very impressed with the friendly atmosphere and the overall professionalism. Dr.Phelps took time to explain healthy practices of foot care in an unrushed manner.
Dr. Phelps and his staff were all very nice. He spent a lot of time with me and throughly explained my foot condition. I definitely would recommend him to family and friends.
Great staff and doc! Explained everything and had me in and out pretty fast and pain free!
