The staff here are all so kind and always made me feel at home. It's a great place to live that I'd recommend to anyone!

The office staff are very friendly and they did the research before moving me in. It was last minute and yet they didn't act cold or distant about it. The room they placed me in is nice and the room mates fit the lifestyle I live. I loved living here my senior year. It's the perfect distance from campus (you can walk through Purcell Park to get there) and is very quiet. The busses are also really reliable and get you to either side of campus in only a few minutes. The units are really big, and it's nice to have the huge downstairs common area. I also loved that we got to pick some of our unit features like the furniture, window seat, outside appearance, etc. on our request form. The office staff is always super sweet and helpful. Loved it!

LOVE it! One safe place to send your Young Adults off to JMU to live off campus! Clean and they stay on top of things too! Very welcoming staff to work with too.
