place is great been coming here for years! people who have brought up bed bugs are idiots those are not the fault of the hotel those are the fault of people that bring them in. Me, my wife, and kids had a great time this weekend! Our room in the Golf section was nice although could definitely need an update but it did it's purpose. The hotel was so hot in some areas and I woke up with possible bed bug or spider bites. Told front desk and immediately was only told that their head housekeeper is an expert and will get on that.......Bourbon street was lovely but I wish I stayed at the hotel across the street. Also the tv did not turn on at all. My family’s other room found food left in the mini fridge. I know they can’t admit fault (and say sorry) but a discount for the multiple bug bites might have helped. I hope they are able to improve the hotel since ... read more

outside is great. The rooms could be better.
Room is muggy, a/c can’t get it to temp set (and it’s not hot today). The chair in our room looks like it came from a landfill. Neither the front desk or guest services answer the phone. The map on the door says there is ice & vending on our floor and there isn’t. Finally got the “operator” to answer & they only have it on 3 of the 14 floors.
fantastic place to stay for three nights
Dirty room! Ants everywhere! Everything is outdated! They still have fat back tvs! I’ll never come to this place again even if my next stay was free! Pheasant Run stop stealing money from people and shut this whole in a wall of a hotel down! 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢 as im typing this I think a bed bug just bit me.... 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
