we enjoy our anniversary weekend here every year. we recommend the tower rooms. great views. historic hotel and things are dated but overall a great resort. very quiet rooms. deli great. indoor/outdoor pool great. bourbon street fun and entertaining. zanies awesome. all enclosed. staff very accomodating and friendly. Love seeing some of the same faces every year we go. It was great. Our server Donna was exceptional
Half of the tv channels don’t work. Says no signal. The dealbreaker is ENTIRE tower has NO hot water. ThIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! The staff offered a mediocre discount. My partner wanted a full refund, however, we regrettably accepted half off. Won’t be back here again.
