PhD is a Fun and inviting atmosphere and the food is GREAT!!!
Good food, good atmosphere. Patty melt and loaded cheese fries where great. Fair drink/appetizer specials.

Friday night, a bunch of us just gathered....with no reservation or anything....(we were going to the Kessler later). We weren't sure how many of us there would be and although we set a time, traffic prevented us all from arriving at the same time. We were welcomed and seated and the waiter met our needs as we came. The hangover burger was great. But the beers and the shots were a little pricey for the neighborhood I was in. Now they were remodeling the place, and I would like to see it again once it's complete.
