I’ve known about this place and was recommending them to everyone I knew before I’d had any big work done here. Today I finally got my turn. I couldn’t have been more impressed with the service I received. On my way to work in the morning my alternator went out. Before the end of the SAME DAY they had me out the door with a working car. Great customer service, they got my car in and fixed fast, very knowledgeable and able to explain things thoroughly to someone who has no idea about cars...they even gave me a ride home while I waited and brought my car back to me! I highly recommend Phase Garage!
Great shop that does very good work. They handled a warranty replacement for a part that failed and really went above and beyond. As a bonus, it is a really convenient location for anyone in West Ames.
