Couldn't be happier with this pharmacy. It was such an easy process. I was a little concerned when I read the review from the person who said they were trying to give her the wrong medicine via the text. I read the text she posted and I also received a text that they got a new prescription for my meds. I think she could have responded to the text and had the whole thing figured out. I responded to my text and got my prescription within 48 hours! Prices are fantastic! So pleased.
So incredibly disappointed in the service I just received AFTER being told by an employee that they were COMPLETELY responsible for ordering the wrong medication!!! My doctors office faxed over the correct medication, Pharmacy Innovations ordered a completely different medication: different name, different dosage, different price. The physical discomfort the patient (myself) would have experienced from being surreptitiously changed to a new medication if I had not double checked the "professionals" would have been terrible. ... read more

Freddy did a great job repackaging my order. These guys have great customer service.
Every time I try to call in and speak with someone they never answer the phone. Even if they can answer and put me on hold.
