Replaced front brake pads on my 2011 Honda Fit. Really nice guys, honest, and priced fairly. Cost me 1/3 of what a major chain garage wanted to charge me because Phamily Auto didn't try to do work I didn't need done. If you are looking for a fancy waiting area with an over priced lunch counter this isn't it but you will definitely save money and sanity here.
They are honest and reliable also in my father's words really cheap. They called me when they found something else wrong and they made sure they checked with me before they continued anything else. I highly recommend them to everyone i know.

I finally got around to fixing my A/C on my 2005 Honda Accord V6 broken since June. Took it to the dealership next to my job and they couldn't figure it out and wanted to just swap out parts...they were honest enough to say they weren't sure. Well had to get a second opinion since it was inconclusive. Phamily to the rescue!!! They figured it out, only changed the parts they knew for sure were failing and the price was right baby! Finding trustworthy mechanics is hard enough but now I found SMART ones too! Praise God for this... read more
