I'd like to make this a 4.5 but the system won't let me. Dr. Monce is amazing and he handled by big boys ACL blow out with passion. He made us feel at ease. Now the office staff was a different story. The, very thin, lady at the front desk was cold and the day of his surgery called and told us to come pick him up and when we arrived we were informed we couldn't see him and we could pick him up tomorrow. I have always had excellent service and care from PetSound. Dr. Monce is very knowledgeable and fair. The staff is always very helpful.
What a great staff, so kind and loving. We had an emergency situation, they came in early for our cat. Helped us with a the best care option for her and did surgery that day. Two of their technicians (Kate & Rachel) worked through their lunch break to help. They are the best!!
I love PetSound! I trust Dr. Monce with my much loved pets. The staff is professional, compassionate and friendly. Over the years with many moves I've known a number of good veterinarians. PetSound is the very best!
