Very rude. I don’t have email so they refused to give me sale price on items on sale. Plus the clerk was rude. I can get the same items on Amazon so I will never go to the Joplin store again.

They are wonderful with your pet!!!!
I’ve been taking my dog to be groomed at petsmart for over 5 years. I first want to preface this with my dog is not an angel and can be reactive however we’ve always seemed to find groomers who are patient and can work with him. Took my dog in this weekend and set him with a new groomer. First my fiancé explained his behavior and let her know that once you wash him he’ll be calm. maybe instead of carrying a service that has to take care of animals. Try not to have my pet abused instead of sitting in a per bed in urine for over a week. Feed the person in your hotel! Savages
Great staff and are friendly to pets and owners
I walked in and they gave my Sparky a nail trim. I bought a couple stainless steel dog bowls also. I asked a staff member where they were, she walked me to the aisle. All employees were friendly and courteous. I'll never go back to Petco again. Petsmart is #1.
