My 8yr old daughter, my Lhasa Chewy, and I took the Beginners class with Rachel and we all learned a lot. Rachel listened to my concerns and worked towards correcting them. My 8yr old loved the class and was sad to hear yesterday was out last one. I highly recommend their classes. Thank you Rachel! We will miss you!
This was our first time using the grooming services. Emma from the grooming salon was very sweet and went out of her way to doll up our Sadie for Christmas Eve! The salon could've been cleaner since there was a lot of dog hair on the floor and staff sitting around, but overall I'm happy with the service we received and how well Emma took care of Sadie during her visit!
It's a great place. My dog loves to visit and browse it. Prices are decent. Employees are nice and helpful.
I just saw the video of what your company did for the Veteran who was in the hospital! What a class act you guys are! The love you shows for us Veterans goes a far way! Great organization here! Thank you all!!
I'd just like to say that the way you house your reptiles to be sold is absolutely appalling. Snakes in aspen bedding, desert animals like bearded dragons etc being kept in temperatures below 80 degrees, no uva/uvb lighting not to mention the red bulbs aren't always turned on, chameleons with water bowls that they don't drink from in teeny tiny tanks, the list is endless. I wouldn't spend a penny at a petsmart if there was another store near me that carried the specialty cat food I need. Oh and corporate policy for the stand... read more
