Stay far away from the fish department. 2 kissing gouramis purchased at the Greensburg pet smart transferred ick to my 5 year old fish tank killing now all but 3 of my fish. Some of the fish we have had for years. Sad to see them all die so suddenly because of this crap. Get it together pet smart
Banfield should be closed down and vets should lose their license!!
Grooming is horrible and staff are inconsiderate, rude, and uneducated.

Been taking the girls (my dogs) to the groomers there for years. They've always treated them like family. We're always greeted with a smile and enthusiasm. When I lost my pug, the sympathy card I got from was amazing and very personal. Recently, I imposed on them right before closing time and was still greeted with the same energy.
Worst customer experience I have ever encountered at any store and especially pet smart. 4:04 I purchased cat grass and the cashier had the I don’t care if you buy or ate here. Never even thanked me for shopping there. Most likely same person who answered the phone when I called to see if they had. Extremely disappointed in the quality of cat grass. Dry like it has not been watered in days and very pricy compared to other pet stores. Won’t go back again. Used to be there weekly before my cat died.
