I am so disappointed at Petsmart that I was forced to write this review. This location is the only I go to to buy my babies Pitts needs, treats, toys, etc. spent a lot of money every other week. And I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one. This year 2023 Petsmart laziness Corp decided NOT to have Easter Bunny Pictures taken. Like why? is that so expensive to do? This shows they don't care about us pets parents. Was the same bs last year for Xmas. I will take my business to Beverly's down Pines.
Josh, the “manager” at the location 850 W Hamilton Ave, Campbell, CA 95008 is UNPROFESSIONAL. Makes his own policies, is disrespectful to his employees, and doesn’t want to help out customers.
RecommendedWe were visiting in the area and needed a couple o f things.. Everyone was polite and we even got some help.
Best employees all around. My dog loves his visits to PetSmart. He loves his trainer and everyone in the store for the extra special attention he receives. This place really makes their customers feel appreciated.
Took my pup to meet Santa this afternoon 12/10/22 at O’fallon petsmart. And I’ve never been so disappointed. Santa didn’t say a word to me, my dog or anyone. He didn’t pet my dog.
