I Like this place but as with all Corporations The prices seem to be not as good even with the Advantage Card Anymore.
I will never do business here again, took my 3 dogs to get groomed and was never told we need their rabies paperwork when the appointment was made. I totally understand having proof of their rabies shots to get groomed, however each one of my dogs has a rabies tag that clearly states 2017 on them, which is good enough for the doggie police. No signs posted anywhere in the store about this policy either. Management was of little help when I voiced my displeasure with being inconvenienced on the night before Christmas eve. Do not ever use the vet clinic inside Petsmart. They care only for your money. Pet care comes in second. I have 2 friends, both came here for emergencies and both were out a lot of money with no help from the vet on site. Last night we were quoted "The cut on the pad of the foot is very bad, it's a very bad cut" "We are technically closed" "Come back Tomorrow". They weren't closed enough to come out with a $400 bill for "today's services". This is the information we could have used before waiting around for over an hour with... read more
