My dog had an appointment this morning September 12, 2022 at 10:00 am. They refused to give her care just because she growled a little bit and Coco is NOT an aggressive dog. She act like that with unusual, unfamiliar face because they’re were different ones there this morning. But she will never bite anybody or harm anyone. She’s a very sweet little dog. RecommendedThe staff at Pet Smart are so kind and helpful. And our groomer Lisa is so caring and does such a good job with our curly doodle Daisy. We highly recommend her !
DO NOT GO TO NATOMAS LOCATION! Do not take your pet to pet smart!! I had never had to post anything on social media until now after having the worst experience ever with my dog and being humiliatedI was denied service for asking too many questions and for being extra careful with my doggy.

This was by far the worst customer experience of my life. Dropped my dog off for a 10 AM appointment. The employees showed up after 10. They were not prepared to receive the dogs. There were four dogs waiting, but only two groomers. I was told it would take three or four hours to groom my dog. I showed up 5 1/2 hours later, and my dog was just getting on the table to be groomed. When I called to ask how much longer it might be, a manager said 30 more minutes. At that point, I… See more
Linda is the best! She trained my first dog. And now we are doing the puppy school for my second. Highly recommend her and the staff overall is super friendly and helpful.
They have a friendly and knowledgeable stuff. My only complaint is I bought two hamsters from them for my children birthday and the person who sold me said they said they was about eight weeks old. To make a long story short one of the hamsters was not putting on any weight or growing like the other , this morning when I got up that hamster was dead. I think they sold me a sick hamster because the other one Is very playful and active and they was from the litter.
