Very unfriendly grooming staff. I scheduled an appointment for my cat to be groomed and trimmed. Then the day of the appointment, just hours before, they called and said they no longer are taking "new cat clients" but the store 30 miles away is, as well as vet offices.". Ummm. Thanks? We took our in-laws 7 month old goldendoodle for his first haircut. We asked for them to remove the mattes on his chest and his chin. When i picked him up, he was completely shaved and had a flat top style on his head and they left his tail long!! Some areas are down to the skin while other areas have random long hairs. I could have done a better job! His feet are so jacked up that there are no words.... And i paid $100 for it. Geez, what a rip off. Dont go to petsmart in hixson Tennessee for grooming!
The Manager, Jeff, is incredibly helpful and Polite! I highly recommend Hixson's store to all in the area! The staff are very warm and welcoming! And a special They have a huge variety of pet treats for your furry friends that say woof!
