I will never set foot back in this place. I have given them chance after chance. Customer service is at its worst. When i was asked if i needed help i explained the situation and he proceeded to walk off. Then here comes Mr know it all that dont know crap. Petsmart should be ashamed at the workers they have in this store. From the so called groomers to the vet to a cashier. I will gladly take my money else where.
I just called the Pet Hospital at this location and spoke to a Jennifer and explained to her what is going on with my dog. She told me they were overbooked and hung up on me. You guys really need to train better on customer service, especially when it comes to sick pets.

RecommendedI've been goi g to this location for a year now and absolutely love them. Tank's groomer is Abbi and he adores her!. we moved recently and I still drive 17 miles to go there.
I was appalled by the sight of the fish tanks at this petsmart. The goldfish were overstocked and had barely any room to swim with tons dead fish throughout the tank even more dying/dead fish sucked into the filters. There were more dead fish in the other tanks as well. I talked to an employee who said that they clean out the tanks every night which I find hard to believe considering some of them looked like they were there a long time. Very impressed with the amazing job they did on our Bullboxer Charlotte's nails! We had been taking her to the vet but they only just clipped them and she was still scratching us terribly. It had been a few weeks and they not only got her nails super short but perfectly rounded, smooth and not sharp at all. Very happy with the service!
Visited the aquatic section of the store last night. The state of the tanks was inexcusable. There were dead fish in all the tanks and several dead African dwarf frogs in their tank. Not one staff member was in the area the entire time. Please discontinued selling live animals until you can properly care for them.
