Awful grooming facility. I felt like no one knew what they was talking about when scheduling a groom for our dogs.
I brought my golden in for a groom and I accidentally selected bath and brush on the app. I really wanted a haircut for him. They fit me in anyway and he looks great!! Perfect cut for summer!!❤️❤️
Been coming here for over 10 years and had the worst experience today with a cashier and manager. Manager on duty promised me one thing but when I got to the store they said it was never promised. The cashier had attitude the entire transaction. This branch does not value their long term customers and I’ll be happy to never come back.
I went in 3/28/20. I was buying decorations and new pump and some fish, probably about $150 worth of things. One girl was working around the fish and helping another customer. She called for help because there was several waiting to get fish. Three employees came around, not anyone asked anybody if they needed help. I took my cart to the front and told the cashier when you are able to provide help I will buy some stuff. Arrived for my Sunday afternoon grooming appointment and turned away because they would not accept my dogs current rabies tag as proof of vaccination. It’s the weekend, I can’t get the Animal Hospital to issue a written copy when they are closed. Was not informed to bring anything at time appointment was made. Also told I could have swapped out the tags with another dog. Thanks for going above and beyond to ruin our plans for the day and losing a repeat customer. The Banfield Hospital at PetSmart was so helpful, through, caring, and knowledgeable! They were so sweet and understanding when Dixie had 2 accidents in the floor. We WILL be going back for vet care!
