I took my 65 pound pit bull in yesterday to get new harness & collars an dog food I was alittle worried how they would react to him his got a big bark an all baby !! An no one said anything they looked up when we entered the store because of his bark an went back to what they were doing I was at ease the lady's weren't scared when he followed them sniffing them thanks per smart
a female worker at Petsmart told my boyfriend it was okay to give my fish Chewy a certain type of treat.... 2 hours later he is dead, and Laying in the same place He put the food. Im very upset because nothing else would have caused him to die other than the treat. I paid 9 dollars for him. we would like to get money back for the food.
thought the staff ran away and hid when my wife and I entered the store. very poor moral!!
Will never go back. Did an absolutely terrible job grooming my Aussie- I asked for a trim and they completely shaved her. Manager refused to refund or even discount the service. Just lost a customer for life. I wouldn't even step foot in a petsmart again.
I want to personally thank the exceptional staff of Petsmart for assisting me with locating my dog's travel bag that had been left behind in Grooming. I never doubted they would locate it for me. My JoJo was thrilled when he got his bag back. You guys are the best!
