I always have my shih-poo groomed here. They do a wonderful job/ just the way I want him to look !!! Friendly and professional.
I had my yorkie girl groomed here yesterday. When I picked up my dog; i picked up a dog who resembles tramp from lady and the tramp.l and didn’t even look like my dog. They cut her face hair way too short. It is choppy and uneven. I called yesterday was told I’d receive a call back but never did. Yesterday, October 28th, my daughter and I along with my mother and boyfriend went into petsmart to pick up a few things. Little did I know that yesterday morning when I got to my mothers that my daughter would talk me into taking the smaller tank since she got a 25 gallon tank Sunday night. You don’t want me to share my whole experience because it would take to long just know that the store employees tells you one thing and does the other they are complete liars, very unhelpful and unprofessional!!!
i lost my wallet today in there store they we're not helpful!!!! very rude!!!! and acted like they did not care!!!!!
They could improve by closing the whole chain down.
