Just picked up this bag of dog food from PetSmart right next to Bed, Bath & Beyond in Augusta. Called the store and the manager said that "THIS IS NORMAL, IT PROBABLY HAS A TEAR IN THE BAG" Be careful what you feed your pets and where you buy their food from. By the way I dont normally shop here OR by this brand of dog food but WTF.. I dont care if it's a packaged product for a dog or a baby.. IT SHOULD NOT HAVE MAGGOTS ON IT. 🤮🤬

A customer was walking out of petsmart saying to me don’t go in the store it’s really bad. I guess she was assuming she didn’t get what she wanted in item. PetSmart get your act together and stocking up your items you didn’t have the case of wet cat food it’s been going on ever since when you can’t even carry the product. Pathetic as can be that goes for the employees! I give you petsmart 0.5 out of 5 you deserve it petsmart.

Excellent groomers, have always taken our pets there.
I got my tetras in the Augusta location, had them going on two years now. I went to Buy more since I got a bigger tank. But when I got there, the tanks looked awful, the fish sluggish and inactive.It looked like no one cared. When I usually go there (for fish food and supplies) the tanks are practically immaculate and the fish vibrant and active. What happened?
Today we found out that my 16 yrs old pitbull has bone cancer. We called and ask if they had any beds on sale. But my mom talked to the manager Emily and she basically gave Elektra ( that's my pits name) an orthopedic bed. She and the cashier showed nothing but compassion for her and us in this time of hardship. Thank you petsmart for everything. We truly appreciate it. �
I want to give a shout out to the stylist Chris!! My Stinky looks amazing and he went above and beyond my expectations! Thank you!
