personally witnessed the terrible mistreatment of a dog in the animal grooming dept. when I made mention of said mistreatment - I was ignored. PET OWNERS BEWARE!
This place always has the food for my dog, in stock, with no special request needed...unlike some other pet stores. The staff is always very friendly and helpful with a smile on their faces.
They butchered my boys 2 days ago. Problems started in one of my boys hips immediately after one of their appointments, I often wonder if he fell off the grooming stand. Never again.
Grooming seem to can't handle small breeds. Cut my Bischon too short, hack job on face and tail. Not too friendly. Not coming back ever or recommending. FYI, my dog is not a bad dog!
