This place is a joke the groomers are terrible just heard they mistreated a dog, aspca should be alerted of the mistreatment
My dog came out of petsmart 2 years ago after they groomed him a completely different dog and mortified of people.
PetSmart Grooming services scared my dog so bad she won't go in the store. Not to mention a 10:30 "appointment" resulted in her being there for 5+ hours. Do yourself and your pet a favor and stay away from them.
