The grooming department should be shutdown. I called twice and never received a call back from the manager!
We took our dogs to get their pictures taken with the easter bunny ... my 7 month old is usually not skiddish about anything but thay big bunny scared him ... the employees took their time with him and I ended up in the picture because he was not interested in the bunny ... my other dog did very well ... in reading some of the other reviews ... yes they are understaffed but if you look everywhere, everyplace is ... people want jobs but don't want to work ... you can not always fault the location, trust me, hiring good employ... read more
Once again you hire low-life groomers who have no compassion for animals. As it was witnessed this morning along with pictures that are now all over social media. Start taking responsibility, PetSmart! This is beyond ridiculous that our pets are treated this way.

Was there Sunday at 11:30 there was a huge line and only one register open. I saw two employees just BSing down the main aisle and they looked at me with zero regard. My mom comes to this store more then me she is 74 and said the last time she was there nobody would help her with heavy litter and then the line was so long she just left. Lots of customers were upset. If it wasnt for wanting to use a gift card we would have left. PHOTO IN THE COMMENTS.

the last two times Ive been here I have not been happy. This was my last visit to petsmart, even an employee suggested (after she said they don't carry the ferret stuff I was looking for) that I should go to the new pet store on portgage trail. She walked away, and there the stuff was on the shelf she was standing in front of. Also, they moved what I was looking for and took two employees who announced are just helping out from other stores to find the item. They were as lost as I was.
