I was at Banfield today and upon checking out over there I watched the dogs getting groomed. I noticed a female groomer being very impatient with a dog. I watched for about 7 minutes and then I saw her jerk the dogs paw and leg & drag the dog across the table to her. she continued to be aggressive and visibly frustrated with the dog. AmaZing place ! All the staff and workers are always there to assist you ! Always a positive environment ! Our first time here for puppy school , and it was an anaZing experience... not just for our Akela...but for us too ! Leah was Akela's trainer and she was amaZing ! And of coarse we will be advancing her to her next class ! Thank you so much Leah and PetSmart !

Took my dog there 3 times! First time I called said I didn't need and appointment took him in said I needed an appointment?! Second time I called the day before and was just told to bring him in I did they said I needed rabies records! Went back home got all his shot records they said that he needed an updated rabies shot even though I had taken him about a year and a half ago to the Veterinarian and they said he was good for three years??? Won't be back!
I went to PetSmart for crickets and inquired if there were any Corey catfish for my fish tank. I was told “if you don’t see them, then no” and she laughed. This isn’t the first time I have gotten crappy service at this petsmart. Two turtles pet store was more than happy to accommodate me and I also bought ghost shrimp. Looks like I found my new pet store!

Our baby was an absolute mess - the grooming salon here is the very best. Scarlett is a Great Pyrenees - they handle her beautifully. Even though it takes them hours they are patient and know her needs. I cannot recommend them enough.
Your Betta fish are dead and dying, such a shame to see them all laying on the bottom of their tiny cups! 10-14-18
