I was in PetS Mart in Destin. I had trouble finding an employee to help me. After a few minutes of looking for some help. I went to the cashier and told her that I couldn't find anyone. She paged an employee for me in the cat department. The cashier was a sweet girl. But the woman that was supposed to help me was very rude. Your grooming manager needs an attitude adjustment. Shame on you! How dare you look down your nose at us and tell us to take our dog to the vet. You had the paperwork in front of you saying he was healthy. You don't want our business that's fine . Find a better way to deal with your customers. The groomer down the road has no issues with helping an older dog.

Rudest staff who care nothing about animals. Apparently chatting amongst staff is more important than removing the dead hamster
For my little dog, great! Love the groomers there. However we were very dissatisfied with the puppy training class for my bigger dog because they taught him to play too rough, which he never did before the class. It made him too difficult to take to dog parks to play because he was "taught" that play biting was acceptable. Not cool.
