I go there all the time with my dogs. I generally don't ever have any problems. my dogs are being service trained, and thus i use gentle, blunted prong collars - under direction of a k9 training group that i do 1:1 with for their certification process, as well as working with new onset leash reactivity with one of my girls. My pup passed away after having a procedure done at this petsmart. Within 24 hours. I’m not blaming them as things happen BUT they didn’t even call or email after.I’m sure they know as the emergency vet said they forward records to them. They also know since they called me the morning after the procedure and I told them we rushed him to the emergency vet just a couple hours after picking my pup up from them.We’re not just heartbroken that we lost Fury after such a simple… See more

I purchased a bag of Purina one smart blend dog food on Black Friday 11/28/2020 and when I got home and opened it up and fed my kids I noticed (unfortunately after they had already ate some) that it had freaking worms crawling throughout! Brand new bag just purchased and opened the same day. First I noticed them in the food bowls so I immediately dumped it out and went to the bag which sure enough had worms all through it. Have the litter boxes in the pics floating around from earlier been cleaned? Those cats deserve better, the employees responsible for cleaning those and taking care of those cats should be fired. Not sure why anyone who actually cares about animals would shop at that place after seeing that.

Outraged, baffled, heart broken, disgusted. I walked into the PetSmart in Destin, FL to find some black friday sales for my cats. I was at the far end of the isle looking at toys when I smelled a rancid dirty litter box smell-\-\ I walked up to the cat adoption center to check it out, and honestly I still am in shock over what I saw. LOOK AT THESE DISGUSTING LITTER BOXES. There's roughly 3 cats per tiny box. There is not nearly enough litter in each box and they are completely past full.. My grand dog died last night because of this place! They pushed For him to have his teeth cleaned even though he was older and my daughter questioned it. They said they would do bloodwork to make sure he could handle it. They called her after they sedated him and said he was in kidney failure and had 6 to 12 months to live a still pulled three teeth and after she brought him home he got worse and worse and died two days later. It’s all about the money. She paid for the wellness plan for over 12 years for 2 dogs!
