This review is for the grooming salon. Do not bring your dog here. I know for those that use the Banfield vet it’s very convenient because they have their shots on record and you can book online, but literally you are rolling the dice on how your dogs hair will turn out. They always ask “do you want what you had last time?” And I never know how to answer that question or how much detail I need to describe the length of the cut as every groomer usually puts their own twist to what they think will be cute on my dog. Gross for a store to have food that’s expired, spiders, moths, worms!!! So disgusting!!!
the new manager is a dick. while in store he treated a customer with a service dog very wrongly. i have a rescue rooster that loves items i can only find at this store in destin and my family and i will no longer spend time or money in this establishment. so nugget didnt get the mango bites he loves or anything else and i walked out. i will order things from chewy before i go back to a store that treats people badly and has an infestation problem, and of i feel the need to take nugget out to a pet shop ill drive over an hr t... read more
Disgusting old expired food, bugs infested on the shelves, moldy old food. This place needs to be cleaned and new management that cares.
I’m very disappointed in buying out dated pet food. Moths and worms were also in the food I purchased and it’s disgusting that I know have to buy stuff to get rid of these bugs. I tried to call and get corporates number but the associated didn’t know it.
This location is infested with moths, worms, spiders.. I’ve been battling an infestation due to bad bags of food that I’ve purchased here. You also need to check the dates on the food you are buying as this location keeps food from 2018 in stock. The employees are very nice but I’m not impressed with management. I hope corporate steps in and cleans house because it’s totally unacceptable how the manager treats employees and the expired/infested food they sell customers.
