I love everything about Gurnee Petsmart! We rescued a highly-reactive, mixed breed herding dog and the training personnel, especially Jenny, has been amazing to help us redirect his energy. All the employees at Petsmart know us well, as we often go to practice Rocket's skills. Many dogs of varying levels come to practice, it is wonderfully reassuring to have all the support of Petsmart staff and other pet parents.

PetSmart-Gurnee and PetSmart corporate - I would like to personally thank you for the compassionate position you have taken regarding every dog needing a second chance. I was shocked and dismayed by the ugly review recently posted about this store by a professed dog lover. If she were truly a dog lover who cared about mistreatment of pets and animals, she should surely have no problem with a formerly abused dog being re-acclimated to public situations in your store.
