Apparently Petsmart in Gurnee likes to racially profile its customers. I come here every week to buy and today was I left with the worst customer service. As I'm waiting in line, there was a white lady who paid in twenties for 120 dollars worth of merchandise. Cashier counts it and puts it away. No big deal right? Then I get my total of about $60 and when I go to pay with twenties the cashier decides to hold every bill up in the air and inspect them to see if they are real!! Will be calling corporate.
If I could give yall more stars I would!! I am here visiting from Alabama and we had to get a kennel for our dog for while he is in the hotel and we are gone ... Our dog is a boxer pit so I had to get a really big kennel. Well I couldn't lift it So I asked one of the guys if they could help me, he picked it up and carried it to my car in the rain ( it wasn't raining when I came in or I would have waited). We were there to adopt a furr-baby (cat) and the volunteer staff from Safe Harbor Animal Rescue were very friendly and professional. The Pet smart staff ,when you could find one , we're helpful and willing to help and assist . All and all it was a very nice visit.
Was a great place and the staff was super helpful. We went out happy with our new pet.
This is our Gracie's favorite store! Of course it helps having both Jenny and Lisa address some of her crazy issues as they are both open to our many questions and have realistic solutions.
