Alex was supper knowledgeable about what type of aquatic life would sute my aquarium to make sure none of my animals would endanger each other. Also super great on suggesting the propper dog food. Next time I go I hope she's there because I love how knowledgeable and personable she is!
Petsmart training is great! Lisa is phenomenal and my rescue dogs did phenomenal! looking forward to more classes.
I am taking a private training class with my pomeranian Chance for his fear aggression and I absolutely believe I made the right choice by taking my dog here as I was really nervous to begin with. The trainer is so personable and understands my dog and is able to read him. I cannot express how much I am impressed with their training program and I look forward to Chance's future sessions!
Petsmart groomers in Gurnee, Il hurt my dog! He can hardly move! They won't take responsibility, said there's no proof they did it. The proof is $2,000 in bills I have since leaving there! Shame on them for what they've done. Don't take your dog there! I was a customer for 3 years, until this happened. You don't want to risk what my pet & family have gone through because of their negligence.
