Wouldn't take another pet there for nothing. Had a golden doodle groomed but when I returned he looked like a standard poodle. NOT A GOOD CUT AT ALL..... wanted a refund they told me they would give me half. REALLY. Never take your pet to them for grooming.
If you have a dog that needs obedience training, Leslie is the best!!! Just started my 3rd dog through the program.
For all of my pet friends I would boycott Pet Smart in Belden Village especially the grooming salon manager named Sam. Poor service, poor outcomes and poor management including their store manager Jenna. Communication in this store is well below acceptable. Lesson learned to take our business elsewhere. Sorry about the rant. I hate poor quality people and service.
Nancy, in grooming, is wonderful and meets all of our needs everytime without even having to ask! Lucy loves her so it is easy to get her there.
