I am always pleased with the groomers! The girls absolutely love my Shih-Tzu. He loves the girls� They take their time and do an amazing job.
My boyfriend and I got our guinea pig from this Petsmart on Sunday, 6/16. After spending one evening in our home, he passed away after an hour long traumatic and painful episode due to what seemed to be a HORRIBLE illness (bleeding, choking, twitching, clearly in pain). I can’t believe they’d even have animals this sick in their store. Sad to see an innocent animal suffer.
1. I understand extra charges. But I’m already paying $140+ for two dogs to be groomed. They wanted to charge me $5-$8 more because of my dogs fur being thick? Petco has never. 2. Nothing makes me more mad then when I get my dog back with cuts all over his stomach and the groomer can’t tell me. I get it. It happens no big deal. Tell the owner though so they can make sure to keep it clean and from getting infected. My dog had 3 knicks on his stomach, and one on his snout. Leo 👖 really enjoys going there they say he’s good but rambunctious. A lot of times I’m happy with the job they’ve done but sometimes I think they take on too much.
